The temperatures of around 40°C in the infrared cabin are very beneficial and don't strain your body. Infrared rays are the "boring" rays of the light spectrum, which ensure warmth. Infrared energy only warms the body, which the warm rays hit and does not use the surrounding air as a means of transport. This effective, infrared ray warmth pervades under the skin's surface and sparks a variety of health enhancing processes. The thermal energy stimulates muscles and organs, resulting in intensive sweating. Deep cleansing takes places due to this natural, healthy form of sweating.

Finnish sauna with scented infusions

copious sweating at temperatures between 85 – 95°C

A session of approx. 10 to 15 minutes is recommended to sweat properly. The temperatures is around 90°C. For hygenic reasons please ensure you sit on a towel. Afterwards you should enjoy a rest period of approx. 15 to 30 minutes. According to your physical condition you can undertake a second or third sauna session. Our cold adventure shower plus the bucket shower provide the necessary cooling down after the sauna.

Let the power of colours and our relaxation music in our spa area work their magic on you. Due to the vibrations in your body, music can exert influence on brain power, heartbeat and breating. Due to special relaxation music and sounds disharmonies can be eliminated. Our coloured starry sky also shines on your body and can positively influence your mood. Red stands for engergy, love and courage. Blue boosts peace, yearning and trust. Green is the symbol for growth, naturalness and harmony. Yellow is the sun and stands for light, cheerfulness and zest for life.

Crystal water revival

As you have an increased loss of fluids during your spa session, our revived crystal drinking water is available. Selected mountain crystals, rose quartz and amethysts, give the water back its orginal structure, energize it and give it more vitality, which in turrn has and effect on your body.
